Description
Artists’ Alley Condos is a brand new multi-use condominium project by Lanterra Developments in Downtown Toronto. This project site is located in downtown Toronto’s Grange Park neighbourhood that is home to Ontario Crafts Council , Ontario College of Art, the Art Gallery of Ontario and much more. The Bay Street Corridor and the Chinatown district surrounds Grange Park and home to the most populated Toronto neighbourhoods. These areas have a walk-score of 99-100 and all have earned a 100 transit-score. Essentially, it is easy to get around by vehicle or by foot.
