Sixty Five Broadway Condos will be built by veteran developer Times Group Corporation in Midtown Toronto , and it is set to be one of the most sought after developments in the city due to its proximity to Eglinton Station. This is about to become an investment hotspot because of the incoming Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
This stunning tower is designed with its inhabitants in mind, so there is plenty of amenity space for anyone who chooses to live here.
Amenities
This development will have two 39 storey towers that will both rise out of a 4 storey podium. Together they will house roughly a total of 800 units. It is replacing an existing rental apartment building, so it will feature 389 rental units in its northern tower (Tower A) at 55 Broadway Ave, 130 of which will be replacement units for the existing building. The southern tower (Tower B) 65 Broadway Ave will be completely allocated for condos.
Tower A will have 54 studio units, 248 one-bedroom units, 184 two-bedroom units, and one three-bedroom unit.
Tower B will have 231 one-bedroom units, 128 two-bedroom units, and 30 three-bedroom units.
There is ample amenity space in this development, and most of it is intended to be used by residents from either tower.
Tower A will have a grand total of 12,120 square feet of indoor amenity space, and 2,928 square feet of outdoor amenity space, including exclusive rooftop space for its residents.
Tower B will have 12,099 square feet of indoor amenity space, and 5,716 square feet of outdoor amenity space. Amenities include: 24-hour concierge, the parcel rooms, the gallery lounge, the billiards, the gallery tables (meeting rooms), the big screen, the study room, party room/chef’s table with catering kitchen, children’s playroom, yoga studio, gym, rooftop terrace and BBQ stations.
This amenity space also includes a rooftop terrace across the podium in the space in between the two towers. This will be accessible for all of the residents of the development.
