This ambitious triple-tower residence is setting a new standard of luxury living in Midtown Toronto.
Forêt Forest Hill is a new mixed-use condominium development by Canderel in Toronto. This pre-construction project will sit at 490 St Clair Ave W. near Clair Avenue West and Bathurst Street. These new towers will rise 35, 33 and 31 storeys tall and contain a total of 825 residential units.
This trilogy of luxury condos will provide a mix of units consisting of 291 one-bedroom, 418 two-bedroom and 116 three-bedrooms. Additionally, the development will also contain a daycare and retail space that will help integrate into the urban fabric of the neighbourhood.
Amenities
Forêt Forest Hill Condos will help transform this underutilized corner into a dynamic and lively one. The development will not only bring residential units but will also be anchored by a new public park at the corner that is connected to a mid-block open space.
The shared podium of the two 33 & 32-storey towers would include a 668 square metre daycare centre, and 861 square metres of retail space is proposed along the base of the buildings to animate the widened public boulevards.
Throughout the towers, we can expect to find spacious lobbies, fitness facilities, party rooms, and ample lounge areas both indoor and outdoor.
The 2nd and 4th floors of Towers 2 & 3 contain indoor and outdoor amenity space programmed with children-friendly elements. The 9th levels of Tower 2 and 3 each include separate indoor amenity spaces that open up to large shared outdoor terraces. Here residents can make use of the scenic seating areas and other passive recreational functions.
The 15th floor of Tower 2 and the 32nd floor of Tower 3 contain terraces. Once again these terraces will provide lounge space, and patio seating for residents to enjoy the beautiful vistas of the city.
Tower 3’s terrace will sit adjacent to two indoor amenity rooms that residents will have full access to. Lastly, the 35th floor of Tower 1 contains a large indoor amenity room that is contiguous with two separate outdoor amenity spaces.
