Block 13 condos is a new high-rise condominium development by Dream in Toronto. This pre-construction tower will sit at 495 Front St E, in the West Don Lands neighbourhood. This unique condo will feature a 31-storey tower with seven and 13-storey elements.

The 859 suites consist of 35 studio suites, 491 one-bedroom, 213 two-bedroom and 75 three-bedroom residences, plus 33 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom townhouses. Plus, it will feature a ground-floor retail space adding to the neighbourhood’s allure.

Amenities

Block 13 Condos will be a luxurious new residence containing over 800 residential units and 963-square metres of retail uses along the entirety of the Front Street East façade. A total of 859 residential units are proposed, of which 45 units will be 2-storey integral townhouses lining the base building along Bayview Avenue, Mill Street and Tannery Road.

The development will rise to 31-storeys and feature 4,959 square metres of best-in-class amenities. On the ground floor, residents have access to the luxurious lobby, and the concierge is readily available for your convenience.

Floors eleventh to thirteen will include various amenities ranging from a fitness centre, yoga studio, entertainment rooms and ample lounge areas.

Outdoor amenity space will come in the form of a vibrant and furnished central courtyard where residents and their guests can come to socialize and enjoy the airy environment. This condo development will contain 279 parking spaces and 898 bicycle parking spaces to promote green transit options.

We can expect each suite to contain chic and contemporary designs that will enhance its resident’s quality of life. Studios to three-bedroom units will include commodious interiors with open-concept layouts, inspiring kitchens and radiant bathrooms.

The project’s makeup consists of a mid-rise base building that gradually steps up from 7 storeys at the corner of Mill Street and Tannery to 13 levels at the intersection of Front Street East and Bayview Avenue – creating a gateway to the Front Street East along with the 16-storey Canary Park Condominiums to the north. The proposal also includes a 24-storey tower element (31 storeys in total) which has been strategically located at the southwest corner of the site.
