Victory Silos Condos is a New Condo development by Great Gulf and Dream located at Parliament St & Lake Shore Blvd E, Toronto.

This new project is a pair of pre-construction condominiums proposed by Great Gulf and Dream for Toronto’s Lower Don Lands neighbourhood. It’s an ambitious project involving five acres of prime waterfront property. The site for this Toronto condominium development sits at 351 Lake Shore Boulevard East and is bound by Lake Shore to the north and the Keating Channel waterfront to the south.
Spanning more than five acres, the site is currently occupied by the Victory Soya Mills silos, two towering structures that are registered with the city as heritage buildings. Because of their heritage status, the silos will likely be retained and incorporated into the towers’ design, giving this Lower Don Lands condominium a unique touch.
Victory Silos will be a mixed-use project, featuring not only two residential towers at approximately 40 storeys each, but nearly 200,000 square-feet of retail space and approximately 21,500 square-feet of office space. In total, the project will house 986 residential units. Publically-accessible open space will be included as part of the development as well, along with an extended street network.
Lower Don Lands condos are a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic neighbourhood that’s in the midst of a major transformation. Loosely bound by the Gardiner Expressway to the north, Parliament Street to the East, the lakefront to the south and Jarvis Street to the west, it’s a supremely underrated part of the city that has only recently begun to see major developments and proposals.
Many of these proposals are mixed-use, featuring significant residential, office and retail space, indicating that the neighbourhood will not only become a popular place to live, but to work, run errands and socialize too. One of these developments alone will provide room to support over 2,000 jobs.
Another recent development in the area has seen significant office space built for organizations in the arts and cultural industries, as well as academic space for both George Brown College and OCAD University, particularly focused on creative and digital media training facilities.

The streetcar is easy to get to and it’s a short trip to Union Station, along with major destinations like the Distillery, Financial and Entertainment Districts or the historic St. Lawrence Market.
