The LakeShore Condos is a new condominium development by Concord Adex currently in pre-construction located at Bathurst & Lakeshore, Toronto in the Cityplace neighborhood with a 90/100 walk score and a 96/100 transit score. This new pre-construction condo project is the 2nd last phase of two high-rise residential towers that are part of one of the largest master-planned community called “Concord CityPlace”, one will stand at 40 storeys on the western portion and a 44 storey structure on the eastern front. Both buildings will house 871 units in total.
The two towers will be situated at the rear of the site. It’ll be based at 500 Lakeshore Boulevard West in the Bathurst Quay neighbourhood of Toronto. Currently in the pre-construction stage, this development is by Concord Adex and designed by Page + Steele Architects.

Sale prices for applicable suites begin from the mid $200,000’s to over the low $500,000’s, and range from 448-sq-ft to 840-sq-ft. A sum of 605 parking spots are also proposed which 264 are allocated for the residents, 26 are for visitor use and 308 are for retail & grocery, the last 7 are for car sharing ports, in addition, there will be 983 bicycle lockers proposed in which 724 are for residential usage.
Unit inspired features and finishes will comprise of laminate flooring throughout the main living areas, roller-shade window coverings. The kitchen will have a composite quartz countertop, Carrara marble backsplash, designer cabinetry with open display shelving, under-cabinet lighting, premium soft-close hardware, waste recycling bin and sliding basket under sink, undermount stainless steel sink, premium polished chrome faucet with pullout spray, a premium Bosch appliance package.
