Amenities
This redeveloped structure will take up approximately half a city block. Most units will be furnished with features and finishes with a contemporary flair, think five-star luxury touches. They will consist of weathered wood butt against a sleek polished stone with customized matte black kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Ceilings will be drywalled with pot lights, accompanied by modern appliances providing a stylish contrast.
It will also feature a combination of open and closed cabinets in your choice of cabinetry and countertop finishes and exposed, industrial-inspired pantries in some suites, as well as a standing cabinet-style island. Bathrooms are definitively provocative with frameless glass shower enclosures, roll-out vanity drawers and built-in medicine cabinets. Nearly all suites at this condo building have large balconies or terraces, with radiant views overlooking the park and city skyline.
The look is simple, sophisticated and inherently urbane. Echoes of the past, will run throughout the building, with craftsmanship remembered and replicated for today’s cosmopolitan lifestyle and expectations. Creating an amazing urban space to live. Within its walls there will be ground-level retail, a sprawling spectacular public food hall, a rooftop garden, a fully outfitted YMCA facility and space reserved for Eva’s Initiatives for Homeless Youth. Artscape, a not-for-profit organization will control and manage 15 suites for low-income housing.
All of the above is linked by inviting pathways and arches joining the entire site from Richmond to Adelaide, through the sheltered courtyard into the Food Hall and the flourishing parkscape of the historic St. Andrew’s Playground. Aside from the above amenities, This new condo project will also offer private areas for the exclusive use of its residents only. The stunning lobby, will consist of an executive style 24/7 concierge service, a lounge area, a gallery, a library, a fitness club and crossfit studio, in addition to a large welcoming landscaped rooftop terrace with spectacular skyline views.
