Artistry Condos Summary
This new condo project is located among one of the city’s most important arts and cultural districts.
Artistry Condos is a new mixed-use high-rise condominium development by Tribute Communities in Toronto. This new pre-construction project is located at 292 Dundas Street West. This 38-storey tower includes a two-storey base that will complement the vibrant stretch of shops and restaurants.
This ambitious, mixed-use proposal involves potential residential, retail and daycare space, along with community-oriented resources and striking, distinctive architecture.
Amenities
The base element is expected to house 2,100 square-feet of retail space, a 6,500-square-foot daycare facility and over 10,000 square-feet of community and office use for the historic St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, which is adjacent to the development site.
Artistry Condos will feature 382 residential units with a mix of 218 one-bedroom, 97 two-bedroom and 67 three-bedroom layouts. 5,560 square-feet of indoor amenities are proposed, along with 3,390 square-feet of outdoor amenities.
Featuring a contemporary design, the tower is proposed as a series of stacked and articulated cube forms, which be visually distinct and help to break up the building’s overall massing. Topping off this development is 344 vehicle spaces and 383 bicycle spaces in an underground garage, and a public parkette.
Ultimately, Artistry Condos is designed to bring a contemporary feel to the area while respecting the vibrant culture of the stretch, which has long been a haven for arts, culture and community.
