1 Jarvis Street is a 14-storey high, mid-rise condominium development by EMBLEM in Hamilton. This pre-construction project designed by Studio JCI of Toronto is located at 1 Jarvis St, in the International Village.

This 15 storey new building development combining a 4-storey brick podium followed by glass balconies. The combination of glass and brick provides a modern yet contemporary look that blends perfectly with the surrounding neighbourhood.

1 Jarvis Street Condos will be 354 units where 216 of them are one-bedroom suites, 88 are one-bedroom plus den suites, 46 are two-bedroom suites, and 4 are two-bedroom plus den suites.

The condo will be 15 storeys high with 314 square metres of commercial space available for a prospective bistro, café or restaurant. This commercial space will be situated at ground level on Ferguson Avenue and will include a lavish patio.

The entrance will be on Jarvis Street with two residential amenity areas on both sides. It will also include 156 resident parking spaces, using stacked parking on the ground level, and regular parking spaces on the mezzanine level. The edifice includes 193 bicycle parking spaces to coincide with the developer’s sustainability values.

1 Jarvis Street Condos is proposed to be built in the International Village, which is Hamilton’s oldest Business Improvement Area (BIA) established in 1976.

The area is comprised of historic Victorian properties, modern offices, restaurants and retailers in the heart of Hamilton.
There are a few parks nearby including the Wellington Park, Beasley Park and Jack C. Beemer Park which residents will find highly accessible.
