2567 Eglinton Avenue East Condos is a new a mid-rise, mixed-use condominium development in Scarborough. This new pre-construction condo is located at 2567 Eglinton Ave E just steps from Kennedy Station which serves the TTC’s Line 2 – Bloor-Danforth Line in the Scarborough Junction neighbourhood.
This condo project is expected to hold 101 residential units ranging from one to three bedrooms. It will soon connect to the highly-anticipated Line 5 – Eglinton Crosstown LRT
The construction of this development will involve the demolition of an existing KFC restaurant. This area has been under-utilized for quite some time and now with the Eglinton Crosstown LRT under-construction, there will be a greater demand to live here. This 11-storey mid-rise will have 101 residential suites divided between 72 – one-bedroom units, 17 – two-bedroom units and 12 – three-bedroom units.
There will be 119 vehicle parking spaces located at grade and two underground levels. Residents in every unit will be able to reserve a parking space plus, there will be additional spaces reserved for visitors.
Indoor amenities and retail space will be located on the ground floor. There will be over 3,600 square-feet of retail space fronting Eglinton Avenue and over 3,000 square-feet of indoor amenity space. Some of the amenities will include a community kitchen and bar that is attached to the party room, fitness centre and lounge area – These are just some of the amenities that we know of so far. The indoor amenities will be connected to an outdoor terrace that will be part of the outdoor amenities.
2567 Eglinton Avenue East Condos will be built on a 45-degree angle along Eglinton Avenue. This modern development will have traditional red brick on the bottom levels and will transition to steel and metal cladding from the fifth level up. The entire building will have floor-to-ceiling windows and will provide wrap-around terraces on every floor from the third floor and up. These large terraces will introduce an outdoor element to the building, giving residents the opportunity to overlook the city and enjoy the weather.
