The new project will be located at 699 Lawrence Avenue West in North York. The site is on the southwest corner of Lawrence Avenue West and Marlee Avenue. The major intersection is Allen Road & Lawrence Avenue West.
699 Lawrence West Condos will be 40 storey tower from a 7 storey podium with 360 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of 46 studio, 183 one bedroom, 43 one bedroom plus den, 52 two bedroom and 36 three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for 699 Lawrence West Condos is still unknown.
699 Lawrence West Condos will feature 163 m2 of retail space on the ground-level. The ground level will also have a lobby area, a bike room with 76 parking spaces and indoor amenity spaces. A total of 1,421 m2 of amenity space on ground and the 8th floor. There will be 635 m2 of indoor amenity spans and 785 m2 of outdoor amenity spaces. The outdoor space will have a big dog run area located on the ground level and dining and lounge areas on the 8th floor with a communal bbq, patio chairs, tables and benches. Outdoor terraces will be on the 2nd, 4th through 8th floor. The building will have a four level underground parking garage which will contain 135 parking spaces. Parking level 1 will also provide 325 bicycle spaces for residents.
