A mixed use real estate development is projected to stand north of Eglinton, one block east of Yonge. The 26 storey tower will house a whopping 242 units, and an 8-storey podium.
90 Eglinton Avenue East Condos is a project developed by Madison Group and designed by Teeple Architects, situated nearby central Yonge and Eglinton. The building will provide 24 hour security as well as a card access security system. In addition, it will be equipped with not one, but three computerized passenger elevators. One freight elevator will also be included.
Residents will have no problem parking due to the three-level underground garage that will house 162 spaces for residents. An additional 64 spaces will be available for commercial users and residential visitors to share.
