Allure Condos is a new high-rise condominium development by EMBLEM in Toronto. This 43-storey mixed-use building pre-construction project is located at 250 King Street East, in the St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood.
This project with 33,242.40 square-metres of residential space and 604.50 square-metres of retail space proposed to be 509 units in the transformative Sherbourne and King Street corridor.
