CAVO Condos is a new high-rise condominium development by Minto Communities in Etobicoke. This 23 storey pre-construction project with approximately 327 units is located at 20 Cordova Ave,near the Mimico Creek and the Islington Golf Club in the Six Points neighbourhood.

CAVO Condos will designed by architect firm Rafael + Bigauskas have designed a high-rise tower that will be built atop a 4-storey podium.

Within the podium, 496 square metres of indoor amenity space will offer various facilities and shared spaces to satisfy any lifestyle. 519 square metres of outdoor amenity space on the ground level will feature beautiful escapes for residents to enjoy.

251 parking spaces are spread across 5 underground levels and 33 of those spots will be allocated as visitor spaces. 245 bicycle parking spaces are proposed, including 222 bicycle spaces for residents and 23 spaces for visitors. Location & Neighbourhood

CAVO Condos is an excellent opportunity to invest in a growing district. Like many parts of the region, this particular site is a “regeneration area” where significant reinvestment and intensification is encouraged. Etobicoke has a strong employment sector, in both manufacturing and corporate industries and is expected to build two major film production facilities, which will open the door to even more jobs.
