A new and modern development will be coming to Downtown Toronto that will add more retail, office and residential space to the area.

Celeste Condos is a new mixed-use high-rise modern condo development in Toronto. This 39-storey tower pre-construction condo with 516 residential units by DiamondCorp and Alterra is located at 125 George St, on the south-east corner of Richmond Street East and George Street.

This condo development will incorporate studio to three bedroom units. This tower will also be a great place for students to reside as George Brown College is just steps away from this condominium.

Amenities

Celeste Condos will be located beside two low-rise buildings that are used for office space and also considered heritage sites. These buildings will be retained and will also enhance the employment opportunities in the area. This proposal is set to demolish an existing and unused building that is currently sitting in the development site. This unused building will be replaced with a 39-storey high-rise that will offer a thriving new set of residential, retail and office opportunities for the area.

This development will include 39,751 square-feet of office space on the first four storeys followed by indoor and outdoor amenities dedicated to the fifth floor. Residential units will start above the 5-storey podium.

The entire fifth floor will be dedicated to the amenities and we can only expect a wide-range of amenities to suit anyone from children to young adults. There will also be an outdoor terrace overlooking the fifth floor. This development has so much to offer its future residents.
