This is a new condo project in the heart of downtown Toronto close to the world-class Ryerson University, and one of Ontario’s largest shopping malls, the Toronto Eaton Centre.
Centricity Condos is a new high-rise condominium by Graywood Developments in Toronto. This 53 storey pre-construction project with 594 residential units is located at Church St, on the northeast corner of Church and Dundas St, in The Garden District neighbourhood.
