Crosstown Condos Summary
Anything of importance is always kept close at heart, and so it is with Toronto’s geographical heart: an ideal community made out of luxury residences, all close to local amenities at the city centre.
Crosstown Condos is the first phase of the Crosstown master-planned community, an ambitious real estate project that looks to revitalize this part of midtown. Across this sprawling 60 acre site, this master-planned community will ultimately complement some 5,000 residential living units with a variety of different services that include retail, commercial, open parks, and even a not-for-profit 1,223 square meter child care facility.
But even as this master-planned community plans to cater to the local needs of its future residents, the surrounding neighbourhood is full of existing conveniences that make living here so great. Equipped with quick transportation options, easy access to local amenities, and situated within one of the city’s densest green areas, this pre-construction development contains all the necessary elements for making an ideal home.
From this premium location, residents can use public transit like the future Eglinton Crosstown LRT to make a quick commute to work, or they can use the close proximity of local services to perform daily errands on foot, or they can enjoy the lush forestlands of the Don Valley that surrounds this community on all sides.
Whether for growing families, active urbanites, or downsizing retirees, there is no more perfect address than the one at Crosstown Condos, the luxury residence located at the heart of the city.
