RAW Design, the architectural firm behind the development, is planning a contemporary look for the building that will reinforce the site’s prime corner location and feature a refined massing broken up through textural changes and terracing.
Red brick elements will be complemented with inset glazed facades, while a strong brick frame will overhang the ground floor and wrap the entire Chartwell Road façade.
85 parking spaces and 82 bicycle spaces are also proposed, to be housed in a two-level underground parking garage.
Kazmir Condos seems great place to invest, especially in this growing neighbourhood situated along The Queensway. We’ve seen a number of condominium projects either recently completed or approved for the area, many of them mixed-use buildings in the mid-rise sphere, like this one.
