Chelsea will be a 316 acre master planned community on the westerly edge of the City of Chestermere. There will be over 5,400 residents coming to this beautiful area.
Lockwood at Chelsea will consist of 4 buildings, 4 storeys and a total of 332 mixed condo units. The site will also have 8 blocks of townhomes, 3 storeys with 2 car garage a total of 36 townhomes. Condo units will be a mix of 40 two bedroom, 192 two bedroom plus den and 64 three bedroom layout. Town units will three bedroom units with optional four bedroom and 2.5 bath with about 1,570 square feet. Units will range from about 600 square feet to about 1,200 square feet.
Chelsea, just a short drive into the city, an even shorter drive to the lake and walking distance to all the amenities you need. Residents can work in the big city, play at the lake and walk to the corner store – all on the same day. Location and Neighborhood

You’ll find so many things to do you’ll have to come back, like catching the famous Calgary Stampede each July, exploring the city’s pioneer-era Heritage Park, visiting one of the city’s most popular family attractions and Canada’s largest and most visited zoological park: the Calgary Zoo, seeing views of the whole city from the Calgary tower, and visiting the Studio Bell, Home of the National Music Centre, that houses a number of music-related attractions including the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
