Chelsea will be a 316 acre master planned community on the westerly edge of the City of Chestermere. There will be over 5,400 residents coming to this beautiful area.
Lockwood at Chelsea will consist of 4 buildings, 4 storeys and a total of 332 mixed condo units. The site will also have 8 blocks of townhomes, 3 storeys with 2 car garage a total of 36 townhomes.
