The second phase of the upscale 8.6-acre M2M master-planned community is coming to fruition.
M2M Squared Condos is a new high-rise condominium development by Aoyuan International in North York. This pre-construction project is located at 5951 Yonge St, in the Newtonbrook neighbourhood. These towers will have retail space, unique amenities and modern architecture.
Between both towers, there will be 856 residential units between studios to three bedrooms. 34-storeys and the second tower rising 40-storeys are connected by a shared 9-storey podium.
M2M Squared Condos will be a high-density two tower development that will reach an incredible 34 and 40-storeys high. These towers will be similar to its predecessors in the master-planned community with a modern architectural design and spacious suites.
The 34-storey tower will have 279 residential units while the 40-storey tower will have 342 units, bringing the total of 856 residential suites between both buildings.
Based on the past developments in this complex, we can expect the suites to come with many modern features and finishes including 9 foot ceilings, smooth painted ceilings throughout, wide plank laminate flooring, quartz countertops and more. This development in particular will have over 39,000 square-feet of commercial space throughout the podium which can be used for office and retail.
This development will also have many unique amenities that will appeal to anyone including a children’s playroom and a community centre with a gymnasium, basketball court and running track. There will be multiple outdoor terraces on level 5, the top of the 9-storey podium and another one on level 11 to allow residents to unwind and overlook the city.
M2M Phase 2 will also come with a modern architectural design including a mix of brick and precast panels on the 9-storey podium, white and wood paneling along the entire development and glass framed window walls which means most of the development will have access to the most amount of natural light.
