This 1.74 hectare low-rise development will comprise of 13 three-storey stacked townhouses containing 264 living units, each of which can be accessed using a publicly-accessible private road and pedestrian walkways.
Townhouse blocks will be grouped by their room layouts; seven buildings will be exclusively reserved for 3-bedroom units, while the rest will contain only 1 and 2-bedroom units.
To reduce the impact on the environment, most of the complexes’ parking space has been moved underground. Out of its 405 total parking spots, only 16 will be placed above ground; meanwhile, the complex will also provide parking space for some 264 bicycles.
The townhouse complex will provide 54 square meters of indoor amenity space as well as two outdoor amenity area, located to its center and east.
