MILA is a set of towns, semi-detached and detached homes by Madison Group in Scarborough. This pre-construction project is located at Midland Ave and Lawrence Ave and will be built in two phases.
With a total of 210 units offering towns, semis and singles, purchasers can expect this development to have modern low-rise homes and large floor plans to suit growing families.
MILA stands for Midland and Lawrence, where this development is situated. This is a master-planned community that will be built in 9 blocks.
This area is surrounded by low-rise homes which is one of the reasons why Madison Group decided to build detached houses. They also wanted to create large living spaces for those that need more room.
The first phase of this development will be built along Midland Avenue and will consist of 110 units. These units will range between 7 – singles, 8 – semis, 8 – street townhomes, 87 – rear lane townhomes. The second phase will be built along Lawrence Avenue and will offer 100 total units including 35 – singles and 65 – townhomes.
These homes will be two-storeys and will roughly range from 2,036 to 2,413 square-feet. The homes will have an open-concept layout to allow for more space and will include a one-car garage.
The exterior will follow a traditional brick and stone structure while incorporating modern elements including large floor-to-ceiling windows, modern doors and garage doors.
