Panda Markham Condos is new condominium development by Lifetime Developments in Markham. This pre-construction project is located at 8200 Warden in Unionville neighbourhood. On a site that spans over five acres with 4 towers with a height of 34 and 37 storeys and with a total of 1,950 residential suites, this condominium project has yet to schedule an occupancy date.

Panda Markham will have a total of 1,950 suites which includes 4 towers standing tall at 34 and 37 storeys and suite mix are still forthcoming, but based on the size of the site, we’re betting on a mixed-use project, possibly with more than one phase.
