This is the next chapter of living at Valhalla Town Square, a 6.6-acre community that sits at 2 Gibbs Road.
Park Terraces is an anticipated addition to the site. Two separate buildings each reaching 10 storeys at their tallest, they’re expected to house approximately 387 residential units between them, including a mix of one, two and three-bedroom layouts. This entire community is prioritizing three-bedroom, family-sized units, so we’re likely to see a significant number of those.
One of these mid-rises is designed to accommodate a large-scale retail space – a grocery store, for example – within its first two floors, while the other mid-rise will house smaller retail units at street level.
The two elements will share access to a 7,000-square-foot outdoor play area, as well as an elevated pedestrian bridge, connecting to shared indoor amenity space. The buildings are designed to provide a warm and friendly environment, where interacting with neighbours is encouraged and making connections with other members of the community is an integral part of day-to-day life.
In its entirety, the community will add 1,480 new residential units in a range of housing styles, retail and office space, a 16,000-square-foot central garden and an interactive outdoor play area. A central street will anchor the site, while a network of landscaped pedestrian pathways will provide a friendly and accessible atmosphere day or night.
