Promenade Park Condos
Promenade Park Towers Condos is a new condominium development by Liberty Development Corporation currently in pre-construction located at 1 Promenade Circle, Vaughan in the Thornhill neighbourhood with a 77/100 walk score and a 53/100 transit score. Promenade Park Towers Condos is designed by WZMH Architects. The project is 26-35 storeys tall and has a total of 731 suites.

This new Condo development project will be built in a series of phases. The first phase, in and of itself, is going to be a substantial project that will consist of three residential towers that are expected to have a total of 1,066 residential units.
Two of these towers will rise out of a shared 6 storey podium, where they will reach up to 35 and 30 storeys high. These first two towers will have a total of 748 units, which will be divided into 363 one-bedroom condos, 337 two-bedroom condos, and 48 three-bedroom condos.
The third tower will be 28 storeys tall, and it will have a total of 318 individual condominium units. These will be divided into 265 one-bedroom units and 53 two-bedroom units.
In addition to these residential towers, Promenade Park Towers Condo project will be a mixed-use high-rise that will also be 28 storeys tall. This building will include 262,553 square feet of office space and 163,644 square feet for hotel suites that will have 156 separate rooms.
One of the most important aspects of Promenade Park Towers project is finding a better use for the expansive parking lot that surrounds the mall. At one time, this was a vital use of the land, but today it is completely underutilized in a city that’s making a concerted effort to build vertically. These towers will rejuvenate this concrete area into a new dynamic community.
By transforming the region surrounding the mall, the developer aims to alleviate the area’s reliance on automobiles. The residential towers, together with the existing mall and the new office tower, will create a full and well-rounded community in which people can live, work and play. Promenade Park Towers will also make the area much more walkable, as residents will be able to easily stroll from home, to a shopping centre, and maybe even to work.
