A major opportunity is about to present itself in the heart of downtown. These new condos will become some of the most sought after homes in the GTA due to their location in the city, as well as the reputation of their builder.
Queen Church Condos is is being developed by Bazis Inc., who is renowned throughout the GTA as a premium builder of luxury condominium buildings. WE can expect that this development is going to be as stylish as it is luxurious.
This is one of the most central locations in the entire city. It’s only steps away from the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the whole city.
This singular development will replace nine existing buildings that are currently on the site. It will be a 57 storey high-rise building that will include a 6 storey podium. Despite the replacement of the 9 buildings on the site, many of their facades will be kept as part of the podium.
There will be a total of 9,095.5 square feet of amenity space in this development and it will be concentrated on the 6th and 7th floors. This will be allocated into 6,243 square feet of indoor amenity space and 2,852 square feet of outdoor amenity space. The outdoor amenity area will mostly be in the form of a rooftop terrace along the north end of the podium building.
This will be a mixed-use development, meaning there will be retail space on the ground floor. There will be a total of 6,247 square feet of retail space, and that will include a second level of retail space in the building’s mezzanine. The entrance to the commercial retail units will be along Church Street.
This development is in one of the most central locations in the entire GTA. It is at the apex of three of the most iconic urban neighbourhoods in the city, being only steps away from the Garden District, Financial District, and St Lawrence.
This tower will rise out of the the northeast corner of Church and Queen. This puts it in the midst of shopping, dining, entertainment, and public transit.

It has a dedicated streetcar line that careens down Queen Street, and it’s one of the longest routes in Downtown Toronto. It goes from the beginning of Queen in the West at King Street West and Roncesvalles Avenue all the way to the eastern reaches of The Beaches in the east at Neville Park Loop. This creates a direct passageway that can take you across downtown. The 501 also connects to two subway stations, both of which are part of Line 1 Yonge-University.
Queen Station is, unsurprisingly, the first subway station you encounter when traveling westward from this address. This is the station many people use to reach the Toronto Eaton Centre, which is a primary shopping centre in the city. This massive mall has 235 stores and services, and it encompasses over 2 million square feet of retail space. It has transcended being a simple shopping centre, and today is also a popular tourist attraction.
Toronto is a major food city, so it’s no surprise that there are plenty of restaurants around these condos too. Residents will have their pick across different cuisines and price points, but the highlight is definitely Richmond Station. This eclectic Canadian restaurant is a local favourite, and it serves seasonal Canadian fare. You’ll have to make sure you book a reservation plenty of time in advance!
