The Forest Hill Condos Summary
This new condo project is a proposed 15-storey condominium in Toronto’s Forest Hill neighborhood. Sitting on the southwest corner of Eglinton Avenue West and Bathurst Street, this proposed condominium will consist of a 14-storey and an 8-storey podium, with 350 residential units in total and over 10,000 square-feet of retail space at street level. Currently in the pre-construction phase, The Forest Hill Condos is slated for a 2023 occupancy date.
A variety of layouts are proposed for this condominium project, including studios, 186 one-bedroom units and 81 two-bedroom units.
There will be nearly 11,500 square feet of amenity space that will be evenly split between indoor space and outdoor space, so you’ll definitely have plenty of room for the great outdoors. Residents will have access to an underground parking garage housing 242 spaces for vehicles and 276 bike spaces.
Amenities
The Forest Hill condo is designed to be a part of the future of the community. It has an 8-storey, highly-terraced podium occupying the site’s western side with a residential lobby, and a 15-storey stepped back tower occupying the corner directly at Bathurst and Eglinton. The building will be set back along Eglinton to allow for widened sidewalks, large windows on the retail space and an enhanced pedestrian realm.
This Forest Hill Condo is built to take advantage of the Eglinton Crosstown. The plans call for an at-grade entrance for the incoming Forest Hill Station of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, which is expected to be operating by 2021. Once completed, the LRT will add nearly 20 km of rapid transit access along Eglinton, connecting with 25 bus routes, three subway stations and several GO stations. The proposed Forest Hill stop will be just across the street from the development site, providing ideal transit access and is just a few stops from the Yonge and Eglinton intersection.

FROM FOREST HILL STATION TO ANYWHERE
We love condos in the Forest Hill neighborhood, an established pocket full of upscale homes, bustling commercial districts and a steadily transforming main artery. Bolstered by the forthcoming LRT, several modern condominiums – mostly mid-rises – have been proposed for the stretch, which will revitalize the area and enhance the public realm.
