The King’s Mill Condos Summary
The third and final phase of the Backyard Neighbourhood master-planned community is coming to the heart of South Etobicoke. This new project will sit in the north-eastern corner of the site.
The King’s Mill Condos is a pre-construction condominium development by VANDYK Group of Companies in Etobicoke. This new project will be situated in the stunning neighbourhood of The Queensway, just west of the Humber River.
This project will be a mixed-use, mid-rise reaching 7 storeys high and will hold 210 residential units. The Backyard Neighbourhood master-planned community have been very successful so far and we expect nothing less from this development.
This building is being designed by Kohn Partnership Architects and will feature a contemporary look with dark brick and glass windows surrounding the entire building.
Amenities
The King’s Mill will have large, open-concept layouts, quartz countertop, backsplash in the kitchen, contemporary cabinets, laminate flooring, large glass showers and stainless steel appliances. The suites come with large balconies and panelled windows to bring the most natural light.
Some of the amenities include a fitness centre, party room, meeting/dining room, guest suite, pet spa, a kids centre and a large outdoor terrace.
This master-planned community will include an 8-storey and 10-storey building as well as a new community centre and public park. Residents can expect the park to include a water feature with LED lights, interactive play stations for kids and a sun shade structure.
Residents will enjoy the courtyard in the middle of the development that will have pedestrian friendly walkways to get from one building to the next, a landscaped green space and a tree lined boulevard to add to the green elements. VANDYK aims to create a unique development that establishes a sense of community for their residents.
