Thirty Six Zorra Condos Summary
Occupying a sizable parcel of land, this project will feature a 36-storey high-rise tower with a stunning outdoor terrace, a new street and a new public park in a neighbourhood that’s actively transforming. With 379 units, a range of floorplans and layouts will be available, including studio, one and two-bedroom styles. Thirty Six Zorra is a pre-construction condominium under development in The Queensway neighbourhood of Etobicoke. It is being developed by Altree Developments.
Amenities
Occupying both 30, 36 and 44 Zorra Street, just south of The Queensway, this project will stand 36 storeys in total. A four-storey podium with delicate archways will anchor the tower element, creating a statement along the stretch that enhances the streetscape and sets the trend for further urban development.
In total, 379 units will be included, with a mix of 46 studios, 152 one-bedroom, 49 one-bedroom-with-den and 132 two-bedroom styles. An underground garage will house 401 parking spaces, a sizable amount by new condominium standards.
9,709 square feet of indoor amenity space will be included, spread between the ground floor and the fifth floor, while 8,159 square feet of outdoor amenity space will be included as well, including a green roof on the podium’s rooftop.
The outdoor and indoor amenity spaces are expected to be adjacent to each other, making for entertaining and wellness spaces that seamlessly bridge the gap between the building’s richly-designed interior and the sun-filled outdoors.
The site’s north portion will house a new public park, as well as a new pedestrian path leading to The Queensway.
Sleek, sophisticated and modern, this project will add a touch of luxury to the growing stretch.
