Westgate Condos Summary
A charming mid-rise development has been proposed for the City of Waterfalls, one of Canada’s rapidly increasing real estate markets.
Westgate Condos is a new mid-rise condominium development by Matrix Development Group in Hamilton. This new pre-construction project is located near Main Street West and Locke Street South right by downtown Hamilton.
This proposal is expected to be 6 storeys high and house 110 humble abodes. Its expected occupancy date is yet to be determined.
Amenities
Westgate Condos will be a great addition to Hamilton’s rising skyline. The condo in its early stages of development has been proposed to be a mid-rise, 6-7 storey condominium. The building should house 110 residential units that should be available in 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 2-bedroom + den layouts. Additionally, all units will feature balconies for residents to have their own personal amenity space.
The condo will feature 192 square-metres of commercial space which we anticipate to be utilized for future office locations, and one level of underground parking (for residents and visitors). We can expect this condo to have a lobby located at the main entrance, and a fitness center that offers refined living at its best.
