Express 2 Condos is a two tower condominium development by Maibu Investments Inc in North York. This pre-construction project is located at 6 Tippett Road near the intersection of Allen Rd and Wilson Ave., in the Wilson Heights neighbourhood.
The towers will rise 13-storeys and 16-storeys and will be built on the north-side of the complex and it will be just minutes from the Wilson Subway Station
Based on the first tower, we can expect these suites to come with open-concept layouts, large balconies and terraces, and modern finishes including high ceilings with a smooth finish, wide-plank laminate floors and custom kitchens.
These two mixed-use towers will be 13-storeys and 16-storeys high that will sit above a shared 6-storey podium. The podium will be U-shaped and will have setbacks to make room for a landscaped courtyard on the outside of the building.
